Our first website was MixersbyBosch.com, a family-owned business of R&K TEAM LLC highlighting Bosch Kitchen Machines and other European products distributed from Kitchen Resource LLC. In 2008 our wholesale supplier, Kitchen Resources LLC, brought Cloer Appliances to the United States as the exclusive United States wholesale distrubutor. We felt these electric kitchen appliances were unique enough to merit their own website and AppliancesbyCloer.com was created to highlight the Cloer brand along with the BRK Germany cookware. Other products in the L'Equip, Bamix brands are marketed on both websites.

The Cloer company was founded by Caspar Cloer in 1898 in Arnsberg Germany. They began as a company producing electric irons. They moved on to waffle makers, electric kettles, and other cooking and baking equipment. The Cloer company invented the first electric waffle maker with most innovations in the field of waffle making, coming from the Cloer company including aluminum baking plates, thermostat control, and plastic casing. They have developed a marketing strategy that we can believe in. The products are developed, designed, and engineered 100% in Germany to modern, ergonomic, and artistic designs. They have developed long-term relationships with premium asian factories to have competitive pricing. German engineers reside locally in those factories to guarantee the highest quality in their products.
